Support the Ballet Conservatory and the Arts during the BIG GIVE S.A. 2015!

Your contribution is critical to sustaining The Ballet Conservatory of South Texas’ high artistic standing, its financial well-being and support of pre-professional training and outreach programs. When you donate to The Ballet Conservatory of South Texas (BCSTX), you’re investing in the future of performing arts in the San Antonio community.  What a great day donate! May 5th, 2015!

The Big Give S.A. is a 24-hour day of giving that will take place from midnight to midnight on May 5, 2015. With hundreds of local nonprofits (including us!) represented over a dozen counties.

The purpose of this community-wide giving challenge is to increase public awareness of the impact local nonprofits make in addressing our community’s social challenges, bring nonprofits and donors together, expand the idea of online giving, connect people to the causes that move them the most and, of course, make giving FUN. By turning giving into a shared region-wide experience, we can significantly impact the future of South Central Texas and make a huge collective difference. Last year’s event raised over $2,000,000 for 467 participating agencies!

The Big Give S.A. is part of the national day of giving called Give Local America. Communities across the country are coming together on May 5th.

Your contributions to BCSTX directly support:

  • Operating and training costs to provide elevated
    instruction for Conservatory Company dancers.
  • Production costs for the Spring Conservatory Company
performance – Synergy 2015 – including theatre rental,
costumes, lighting and technical, and professional
    dancers and choreography.
  • Providing free tickets to the Synergy 2015 performance
to over 650 children in underserved communities.
  • Complimentary admission is also extended to various social service agencies.
  • Providing complimentary ballet instruction to KIPP

Your support of The Ballet Conservatory of South Texas and the Big Give S.A. benefits everyone and enriches the cultural landscape in San Antonio. We applaud you for making a difference.
